As our days in Minneapolis were coming to an end, so were the comfortable cooler temperatures in the 40’s. This however, proved to be the right excuse for having packed my oversized blanket scarf and wool coat. And with the 20-some-degrees climate, these pieces surely made me feel cozy, and especially comfy while we completed what was left from our itinerary. We decided to start the day with a hearty brunch and headed downtown to Hell’s Kitchen. Have you ever heard of a mimosa bar? Well I hadn’t either until the server explained further. You get champagne, and orange juice and then you can personally add from over 247 hot sauces and a huge (when I say huge I mean gigantic) array of garnishes; from fresh fruit, to candies and even fried chicken wings.

After we filled our tummies we headed to a serious shopping spree. And what better place than at the biggest mall in the Unites States, Mall of America, comprised of 3 levels with an area of 96.4 acres in space, enough to fit seven Yankee Stadiums inside #SayWhat! It is so large that it comfortably fits an indoor theme park; Nickelodeon Universe, with several roller coasters, miniature golf course and aquarium.

When we realized the time, it was already late afternoon, no wonder we were exhausted. Not only from walking around this immense mall but from the previous day’s activities, so we headed back to the hotel and called it day.
